Main Street Sells Precision Mobile Scales and Weighing Systems Company

PITTSBURGH, PA – May 6, 2015 – Main Street Capital Holdings, LLC, a private investment firm specializing in acquisitions of growth-oriented companies, announced that it has sold LTS Scale Company, a leading designer and manufacturer of precision mobile scales and weighing systems.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Located in Twinsburg, Ohio, LTS Scale Company is recognized as one of the industry’s leading suppliers of state-of-the-art precision mobile scales.  The company manufactures a wide variety of high quality industrial scales and weighing systems, specifically designed for applications in a broad range of industries including transportation, shipping and receiving, as well as the printing and foundry industries.  LTS Scale Company operates through two divisions: LTS Scale, a manufacturer of mobile weighing systems, and Filing Scale which distributes, calibrates and repairs scales.  LTS Scale was founded in 1994.
