W&W Dairy Completes First Add-on Acquisition

W&W Acquires a Leading Regional Hispanic Cheese Brand

PITTSBURGH, PA – November 20, 2018 – Main Street Capital Holdings, LLC, announces its first add-on acquisition for W&W Dairy, LLC. W&W acquired the Mama Julia Hispanic cheese retail brand from Cuatro Cinco Enterprises. Mama Julia is a leading Hispanic cheese brand in the South-Central U.S. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Completing our first add-on acquisition was a significant development for W&W” said John Cook, W&W Dairy’s Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales. “The Mama Julia brand provides us with a well-known retail brand in a major Hispanic region. W&W will continue to focus on its core private label business, although we now have a recognized retail brand that will help us to diversify our product offering and accelerate growth. We appreciated Main Street’s assistance and support on this acquisition, and we look forward to working with them on future add-ons for W&W Dairy”.

Ryan Davis, a Managing Partner of Main Street commented, “The W&W management team and Main Street worked hand-in-hand to complete this acquisition. Since the close, the W&W team has done a terrific job of seamlessly integrating Mama Julia into their existing business. We are actively looking for additional cheese or dairy add-on opportunities for W&W and we look forward to working with management on our next deal”.
